(All praise is due to Allah, who is the Lord of all worlds. And may the Salat (mercy) and peace be upon His honorable Messenger. Verily, my prayer (prayer), my sacrifice, my life and my death are all for Allah, who is the Lord of all worlds.)

In verse 159 of Surah An Aam, Allah says, “It is not your responsibility to those who have created different opinions about the religion and are divided into different groups, belonging to Allah in their jurisdiction. Allah will inform them of their deeds.” According to the Qur’an, Muslims will have different opinions and groups among each other, as it is said that they should keep the responsibility of Allah in the jurisdiction of different opinions and different parties. According to verse 46 of Surah Anfal, “Obey Allah and His Messenger and do not quarrel, then you will lose courage and your strength will be lost.” Instead of quarreling with each other, according to verse 103 of Surah Al-Imran, “All of you hold the rope of Allah firmly and do not be separated from each other.” A Muslim Dawah is uniting among all the members of the welfare organization-Muslims, following the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), trying to gain the pleasure of Allah by practicing, acquiring knowledge and acting in his life.

Building a mosque-based Islamic society through Dawati work is part of our Dawati work. After Fajr and Asr prayers in every mosque, they are trying to recite the Bengali translation of Quran and Hadith for a short time and to get the religion education in the morning for the children and the elderly.

As a welfare organization “Ek Muslim Dawah Welfare Organization” seeks the participation and cooperation of all in the implementation of the following activities:

To encourage the establishment of Kalima, Namaz, Fasting, Hajj and giving Zakat with the aim of establishing basic worship.
To unite, organize and enrich the Muslim nation.
Expanding the teaching of Quran and Hadith.
Ending factionalism and turning it into one and the same nation at the core of the Qur'an and Sunnah.
Making economically self-reliance by developing qualified citizens through education and training.
In order to provide assistance to the backward poor people of the society, it is self-reliant and providing financial aid in times of emergency. Providing financial assistance and medical services to the needy people.

The 19-member executive committee of a Muslim Dawah Welfare Organization is headed by:-

President: Md. Jalal Uddin Bhuiyan- He obtained B.Sc, (Honours) M.Sc. Degree under Dhaka University. In personal life, the doctor is a girl and a teacher of MIST - son's father. Instructor and social worker of Sahih pure Quran reading.
Secretary: Syed M.R. Zulfikar- He is B.Sc under Dhaka University, (Honours) SSC; He obtained ACS degree from America. In personal life, BUET's teacher-son father, Quran researcher and author of several books related to Quran and social worker.

Construct and manage model mosques to promote peaceful and welfare-oriented society following the Prophet’s mosque (PBUH) example.
Organize weekly, monthly, annual, and occasion-based religious gatherings, discussions, and halaqas in mosques, madrasas, and auditoriums to convey Islamic perspectives.
Publish and propagate fundamental and authentic books covering Islamic knowledge, Aqeedah, ethics, and viewpoints.
Provide Dawah training for Imams, Khatibs, and Da‘ees.
Deliver Dawah alongside service activities based on a structured syllabus.
Record topic-specific discussion programs and share them on social media.
Write and publish original and translated books for non-Muslims highlighting the beauty of Islam.
Raise public awareness about religious and social superstitions.
Operate a Family Counseling department.
Establish an open 'Call Center' for religious inquiries and guidance.
Run Islamic Youth Clubs and Cultural Centers to strengthen the moral character of youth and children.
Operate a Shariah Solution department for in-person religious guidance.

Alleviate poverty, serve humanity, and contribute to a prosperous nation.
Provide relief during natural disasters and carry out rehabilitation programs afterward.
Install tube wells and water treatment facilities in areas lacking safe drinking water.
Plant and maintain trees for Sadaqah Jariyah, environmental protection, and sustainable self-reliance.
Distribute Iftar items to the needy during Ramadan.
Provide training and assistance to make students self-reliant.
Take responsibility for orphans’ education and care until they become independent.

Income-Expenditure Policy

Voluntary donations and financial assistance received from various individuals and institutions.
One-time and regular donations from members, supporters, and well-wishers.
Funds raised for any project of the foundation.
Zakat contributed by financially solvent Muslims.
Income from various wings of the foundation.

Donations are spent in light of Shariah guidelines and national laws.
Funds are used only for the category specified by the donor. Funds from one category are not used in another.
100% of the funds collected in the Zakat fund are distributed among the rightful beneficiaries. Zakat is not used for management purposes; general funds are used for that instead.
After each project is completed, detailed income and expenditure records are maintained in accordance with international standards.
Once a year, the foundation's financials are audited by a chartered accountant, and a report is published.
All financial activities of the One Muslim Dawah Welfare Organization are monitored under the supervision of a team comprising national and international expert advisors.

Direct Management

To successfully and properly implement any project, management expenses are essential. As part of project execution, a strictly necessary amount is spent with complete transparency. This includes—

Transportation Costs: Costs of transporting project-related materials, and travel expenses for staff and volunteers.
Food: Meals for staff and volunteers engaged in project activities.
Labor Wages: Payments to laborers when necessary.
Packaging Materials: Costs for necessary packaging to distribute materials properly.
Miscellaneous

We ensure that every donation is used appropriately and reaches the actual beneficiaries. We conduct every activity with transparency, efficiency, and utmost accountability.

Indirect Management

For proper implementation of projects, an administrative body is required. Necessary costs or official expenditures of the administrative body are considered indirect management expenses, which are kept within a maximum of 7%. Official expenses include—

Staff Salaries: Salaries of management and other administrative personnel.
Daily Office Expenses: Electricity, water, internet, telephone bills, etc., of the office.
Equipment and Furniture: Computers, printers, furniture, stationery, and other necessary items.
Legal and Accounting Costs: Audit fees, lawyer fees, legal consultations, and tax-related expenses.
Transportation and Supply Expenses: Travel and official transport costs for the organization's staff or management team.
Fundraising and Marketing Costs: Expenses for promotions, website maintenance, social media marketing, etc., to collect donations.
Training and Skill Development: Costs for organizing training and workshops to enhance staff skills.
Security Expenses: Office security, fire safety, etc.
IT and Software Costs: Subscription fees for accounting software, cloud storage, email services, etc.

Why are official expenses important?

They are essential for properly operating and sustaining a service-oriented activity long-term.
Required to maintain transparency in donations through accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Good management is needed to ensure skilled human resources, which is a part of official expenses.
Professionalism must be maintained to earn the trust of donors.
