Program Details

The objective of this project is to build a sustainable, safe, and modern infrastructure (such as a mosque, madrasa, school, hospital, or community center) in a specific area to meet the long-term needs of the local population. The project will be implemented under the supervision of skilled engineers, utilizing high-quality construction materials and precise architectural designs. The resulting structure will be eco-friendly and resilient to natural disasters.

Project Goals & Objectives
  • To construct a durable and safe building that is resistant to earthquakes and other natural disasters.
  • To provide adequate space and modern amenities tailored to the target demographic (e.g., students, patients, or the general public).
  • To create temporary and long-term employment opportunities for local laborers, masons, and professionals during the project.
  • To successfully complete the construction work with transparency, strictly within the allocated budget and timeframe.
Beneficiaries
  • Individuals who will directly utilize the facilities and services of the constructed building (e.g., worshipers, students, or patients).
  • Local laborers, engineers, and supervisors who will gain employment.
  • Businesses that will benefit economically by supplying construction materials and logistical services.
Expense Categories
  • Costs for soil testing, land preparation, and professional fees for architectural and structural designs.
  • Expenses for cement, steel (rods), sand, bricks, crushed stones, wood, and other essential building materials.
  • Daily wages for masons and laborers, along with professional fees for site engineers and supervisors.
  • Rental costs for heavy construction equipment and the transportation of materials to the site.
  • Expenses for painting, tiling, electrical wiring, plumbing, doors/windows, and sanitary installations.
